Mindfulness isn't about overthinking.

It's deeper than that. It's a thoughtfulness that carries the understanding of what's going on subconsciously.  Living mindful can be hard for some, but like any other skill we can all get better at it through practice. In this module you learn about what it means to be mindful and how to put it into practice in your day to day.
